HR Board UI and Front-End

HR Board is an online community-board platform for people working in fields of career consulting and human resources based in Thailand. The client required a complete friendly and responsive web-based community board where HR professionals can responsively exchange their questions, thoughts, knowledge mainly related to human resources environment.

Empathize

Human resources community seems to be limited in Thailand, especially an online space (apart from social media pages like Facebook - which mostly a one-way communication). Understanding this pain point, an easy-to-use web platform for particularly HR professionals needs to be created by giving a friendly and simple process where users (in this industry) can responsively ask their questions / give their useful answer or comments with no hassles.

Mockup & Prototyping

Working closely with a Japanese client, a rough system flow was initially given. I studied and translated this into hi-fi mockups and presented to the client. Throughout the pre-design process, some UX solutions were illustrated to readjust system flow to be based on Thai users including, readable font style, form flow, buttons, information copy.

Delivery

Deliverables of this project were: a high quality mockup and a complete front-end development of responsive mobile/web website, using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
