Brief & Requirement
Proposer is an Application Tracking System, designed to streamline the recruitment process in Reeracoen Recruitment. On this Beta version, Proposer mainly facilitates internal recruiters, HR officers by managing the entire lifecycle of hiring candidate to the Reeracoen Thailand.
The required key features in the 1st phase include, Job Posting, Candidate Database, Application Tracking, Interview Scheduling and Collaboration and Communication.

Empathize
With today's huge candidate database and more complicated hiring process, recruiters in the company encouters difficulties with the old work flow in hiring candidates. They had been manually jumping between various job portals, emails, forms, spreadsheets trying to manage candidates.Proposer web-based app has been designed to help recruiters boost their hiring process’ efficiency by simplify the recruitment process and centralizing all recruiting activities in one place.
Mockup & Prototyping
Creating a mockup and prototype of Proposer involves visually representing UX/UI and key functionalities in the app. In this phase, I worked closely with a project manager, stakeholder, developers and potential users to deeply understand the system’s structure and workflow.Low and high-fidelity mockups were created to ensure that visual representation, color, web elements and function align with requirements and user needs. I used a prototyping tool in Adobe Xd to create an interactive prototype, in both Desktop and Mobile versions, to simulate the flow of products which help stakeholders and core users to experience the navigation, interaction and over-all flow in the actual system.
